Deeds, mortgages, assignments, power of attorney, Adirondack Park Agency permits, easements and right of way agreements, probated will and death certificates as they relate to land, survey and subdivision maps, building & loan agreements, notice of lending, UCC's, highway appropriations, military discharges, liens and judgments.

Issues drivers licenses and permits: Standard, Enhanced, Real ID & CDL
Issues conditional and restricted licenses
Issues original, renewals and amendments for auto, motorcycle, trailer, boat, ATV and limited use vehicles, dealer plates, handicapped, official plates, intransit permits, tractor, tow trucks, livery, taxi, historical, school, ambulance, farm and special purpose commercial. Processes duplicate title applications and plate surrenders. Handles other enforcement transactions: suspensions; revocations, collects fee payments, DRA, civil penalties, suspension ending.
